how do u log into admin powers? i already did all that users.cfg (or watever) but i don't know what to type in console, some1 help a n00bish admin out

you should have in your admin_df your steamid;yourpassword;1
then you got the admin powers, the read the manual for the login command, i only know the ent mod login command, its probably something like setinfo _adminpass passwordhere
next time read the extensive manual that comes wiht admin mod, it might take you a night fiddeling around wih your server but if you know how to do it you can add serval mods like hookmod,entmod and fireworks mod.

well, i thought it maby was the command, but i told you to look in the manual. you should have done that in the first place. its shows exactly how to install and use admin mod, all the questions you asked in here are answered in there.

I don't think it's with an underscore as "setinfo" is a HL/CS command. I think you'll find (and from my memory of doing this too) that it's "setinfo [variablename]".
I also seem to recall that the default variable name starts with an underscore.

amx has some fun stuff, but it well lag your server. admin_mod works good, stable, and well is just plane good. I say this sence I have use / admined on both of them. But if you run NS its too bad that NSAdmin isnt public cus its realy cool, but sence you cant get it I would go with admin_mod for a server.
