Steam is great, valve are shafting sierra in tehir money grabbing asses by releasing hl2 over steam, a great move sure to make gaming almost impossible to break into, as no-one will want to give anyone money to develop, for fear of being ripped off.

I will kick anyone's ass at CS (no, I'm not big headed, I am a hacker) and I think it's a bit lifeless now-a-days
still, teh idea behind the game is great, and i've spent many hours enjoying the game, and playing with soem great characters from around teh world, I have also made several strong friends through teh game, so it's not a bad game at all, you're seeing it too much as a game, and not taking into account all teh great things it brings.
the weaponry is unrivalled for it's diversity, so what if noobs use teh best guns, taht happens in every game, you can get to be the guy who uses teh M3 like a god damned war-lord!
CS:S will blow you guys away, I'm buying it at the end of teh month, for teh simpel reason taht it must be done. it will mean alot less noobs playing it too.. they'll need betetr pc's, maybe mummy won't buy it for them...
