Find out how to set it to OpenGL and do so. Perhaps try updating/reinstalling DirectX.

Ouch theres definately something wrong with that! Do as Seventh said. Also consider updating your graphics card driver.

I once owned (illegally of course) 3d Studio Max, but somehow it was removed when I had to get my comp fixed due to a worm virus.

I did not know how to use the bloody thing anyway, I mean, as a mapper I thought it would be easy to understand relatively quickly...

Well I don't know what happened about that but I think I'm glad that it's gone :)

Not a chance Jahzel...
Elements of 3D Modelling are similar to Hammer but not a lot. Hammer is nothing compared to 3DS Max, Milkshape and MAYA! Hammer is quite simple really thats why we all love it!

Yep. I guess you can say that is why I hate other 3D Modelling programs mainly because they are so jargonistic and (strange?)

Hammer is the best. Good ol' Valve.

...Oh and ofcourse Bethsedas TES Construction Kit

Max Payne Ed and Unreal Ed are so crap it's unfair. :badass:
