Road to Victory is a WW2 mod with a twist. It will have vehicles, para drops into enemy terotory and everything elese you could ever want. So far I have a modeler, website designer and 2 mappers(including me).
I majorly need coder and weapon animator and skinners. The coders need to be able to do the following:
Bandages that cover blood on players
Possibly have a spray on players helmet(design your own helmet/ clan sprays ect)
Para drop missions.
And other such things. I have 4 weapons finished so far but they are not skinned.

Also I couldn't edit it but this mod is for HL2.

You probably wont find many coders here, this is primarily a mapping forum, but hey.. you can try.
Renders look nice, you got any animations yet? Or textures?
Is it sp or mp?

It will be mp but have sp training. No I also need 2 animators for the mod. I also probably could use another mapper. I also need skinners.

The models look great, wish I could help, but I won't have a PC up to Half-Life 2 until after the first of the year.

I don't think that there are many expeirnced coders since HL2 just came out, especially on these forums, like ZL said above.

Yes its a mapping community forum but i read in a post some where od someone saying they were a coder
