i cant compile with my new BETA SDK it stands: unable to load c:gamessteamsteamapps(my email)half-life 2binfilesystem_steam.dll

Then i just stay in the editor. Does anyone know how to solve this problem? :furious:

Refresh the SDK Contents, Reset Game Configurations, Validate SDK Content...

Try 'em all.

Didnt work. BTW never found Validate SDK Content. Where to find.

Find the filesystem_steam.dll in another folder, like sourcesdk/bin and copy it there. It's a dirty fix but should work until valve gets around to cleaning up their mess.

Just launch the game manually. This has been explained hundreds of times since the Source SDK was released.
