Download Jed's Half Life Model Viewer and open the .gfc for DMC. Extract the wad from there.

gah, I was looking for a PAK file, I used GCFscape (better tool fyi) and got it.

GFC scape can only open gfcs explore and extract. Jed's HLMV can do all that and more, upgrade or die.

Jed's HLMV can also open paks. I'll give it to gfcscape for bsps and wads though. But Its still useless to me because I use BSPviewer and Wally. And Wally is really superior when it comes to wads, even if you are just viewing them. HA!

GCFscape has a simpler GUI.

I use wally but what on earth is the point of bsp veiwer? never need it. just use Vmex. (by the same guy as GCFscape btw...)

Jed made tons of usefull stuff! A model viewer, GCF scape, mapviewer and bsp viewer, there are probebly more like the program you mentioned that I don't know of.

The tools you should have are wally, which is a good wad editing program, GCF scape for GCF viewing, a model viewer for viewing models and sprview for viewing sprites. All of these programs can be found on slackillers programs(link page), the 67the valtitude(link page) also has usefull stuff, like pakexplorer which is a great for exploring and extracting stuff from the pak.
