Ok so i had my comp reformated, and now ive finally got back to mapping, i got all the configs set up except the textures. When i look for them in my cstrike folder and everything in side it, the only .wad file i find is tempdecal.wad. i ran a search and its still the only one. i dont understand this because ive played cs so i have to have them... please add me on msn and explain if you know anything

I assume your using steam?

Get GCFscape--works like Pak Explorer, but for the new steam format.

Unpack what you need from the steamapps folder and put them in your cstrike directory.

thanks, i contacted an administrator who helped me with that, i have a new problem running the map though, ill make a new post.
