I have made the following changes to my map:

I Rotated the Bricks on the back of the Auto Shop For some Realism:

Added some trim to the other side of the street. (School side):

Took out the Un-neccessary grassy area behind the auto shop. Hopefully it Increases performance:

Added more ammo
Removed Ambient_generic
Neatened up Crease on sky (viewable in urbanwaste0003.jpg[above])

Mmm.. yes i know. I have a light_environment... but no matter what angle i put it at there arent any shadows.. and its sopossed to be a dusk map.. so i want really long shadows :-
I cant seem to get it where i want it
