After 'installing' fakefactory full skin 2.2, and updates, when I play, I've noticed that from a distance, some of the models faces are screwed up, (see image 1) and also, some of the textures are blurry, (see image 2, yellow paper)

Any idea whats causing this?

perhaps your having troubles with your video card? Is it not new enough? Just a guess..

Yeah, I bet it's something with your computer.
Probably the graphic-card.

But I'm not a professional, so..

I have Fakefactory installed...Got it yesterday - It was called Fakefactory Cinematic Mod Final and it worked great...Alyx looks like a prostie.

BUT... anyway, no i seriously doubt is computer related, im getting bout 60 fps constant on max graphics, and 1280x1024 res. 2gb ram, and 16x radeon pci express. What im saying is its all new, and my fps are still good. mmmm......

It way help and it may not...double check that all your drivers are up-to-date and try defraging your system.

she's not particularly nice. The HL2 model is made to look much 'sexier' than the girl they based her on.
