Does anyone know a good lamp model from CSS/HL2? I want like a lamp that would fit on office maps.

make one, or get some1 to make one. otherwise, make a prefab... just don't dl one, they suck, and always cause errors.

Try this (CSS) or it might be in HL2 also:

models/props_lab/desklamp01.mdl
