I need help to make a vehicle .I tried to make it,then i put vehicle controls on the top , when i try to use it it dissapears, can any1 write me a brief tutorial for that or give me working link, plz!

If it doesn't work, you're doing it wrong. Read those 2 tutorials again and do exactly what it says.
If there's something you don't understand, read TWHL's "In The Beginning" tutorials to learn the basics.
