Hey,

Can anyone tell me how to fix my chat messages in CS?
I type them in but can't see them nor can I see anyone else's.

Does anyone know how to fix this?

did you...
verify the integrity of your game cache?
re-install?
search google for console commands?

I can guarantee you that your problem is because you accidentally entered "hud_saytext" in your console, a command that toggles the visibility of ingame text. Put it in the console again to bring the text back.
