hey (again, sorry for all the posts:)
how can you make a brush tied to func_rotating appear solid to a light source so that a shadow is cast around it and light doesnt just pass through it?

This is done by the light entity, and not the object. So, instead of spot_light or just light to light up your rotating object.. choose light_dynamic. It is preeeetty resource consuming, so use it sparingly.

I guess this is on topic, but it's a question :biggrin:

Why is it that my light_dynamics don't show up ingame? I spawn the entity and position it to a suitable position, but when it comes to runtime there is nothing there.
