What is Gordons speed in units per minute, and what is his eye level in units?

Not sure about the speed, but the player is 72 units tall when standing and 56 when crouched.

If my memory serves.

The default running speed is 270, if my memory serves me right. You can check by looking at the values for cl_forwardspeed and sv_maxspeed. Whichever number is lower is how fast Gordon will run.

Maybe I was thinking the Sven default or something, then.

I didn't ask for his height, I meant his eye level as in what level is the game camera. I want to be able to have something like at the start of levels in Goldeneye on the N64 when the camera moves into the back of his head, or have the player move into a trigger_once and the view rushes to the room ahead, kind of like in Psi-Ops on the Xbox.

Any other questions you have are here: http://twhl.co.za/tutorial.php?id=40

BUT

To fully answer your question;
Eye Level:
Looking directly ahead, a brush will appear to be at eye level if it is about 45 units off the floor.

Yeah, i was gonna say 64 units myself.
I know for a fact that's the Counter-Strike source point-of-view height.

But the tutorial says what it says, and if it doesn't work, experiment and fix it.
