ok,i dont understand how to make a texture (Door,crate,wall) to line up with the rest of my map...please help

You use the texture application tool to shift, move, rotate, mirror, flip and what not.
Maybe you can post a screenshot of the problem so we can give you step by step instruction on how to get it right.

Go into the Texture Application Tool, select the face of the door, then click the fit button.
Done.
