Tommy14's is the only one I know of. Wouldn't really recommend it though.
I'd say go for the default one if you've at least some experience.

Tommy14's works fine, I use it, and like it.
The default FGD is missing some entities.

There's a site called counter-map where you can get an "expert" FGD. I think It may be Tommy14's, but Im not sure.
