Find it on the net and download it, the author should be in the readme file.

yes cyber rats did it but i just played de_rats again and it doesnt look like they used many non - hl textures. Im looking for some "soda" can textures or pencils and stuff cause i dont know how to make them for "round" stuff... anyone got suggestions?

There isnt a wad called de_rats.wad lol.
they used cs_bdog.wad check that out...
For big pencills just use the 1 coloured GENERIC textures (type generic in the search thingy)
