Yep, this is my first complete machimina. No 1-minute short films.

I know, I know, it's not that good as Idiot box, visions of epic awesomeness, the idiots of garry's mod or Unknown Moments, but I aspire on making videos better than those. That's my ambition, at least.

umm, it was very random.. You need to write out a short plot, then stick with it.. not just throw some scenes together like ya did..

The first half was pretty good, then it got boring. A bit too random, yes. 3.7/5.

Actually some of my favourite Gmod series are random scenes together. Ever seen Robot Chicken?

Nope, that's politically and grammatically incorrect, and "his or her" is wrong for this situation. "Their" would work.

Sorry, I didn't like your machinima thing. But don't take it personally, I almost universally hate these things. I think GMod videos got old and really unfunny after the first few I watched.

you need mour models, and mour dropping of models off of high buildings.. and into something that kicks them around, and throws them across the map.. into something that kicks them around, and throws them back to their original position

..and to delete garrys mod

The content was actually not bad. My problem was with the pacing. Everything was just so slow - which is ok for a plot based machinima, but these random clip shows rely on snappy pacing and as such, this was really boring after a few minutes.
Camera movements were also pretty jumpy.

Finally, you appear to have recorded in 4:3 then exported to 16:9 so that everything is nastily squished. Record widescreen.

I already have some good ideas which unfortunately will take some time to do it( maybe a late February release ).
I don't have a widescreen monitor, and I don't know how to record wide screen
I don't remember hl2 having widescreen res. Or can you set it somehow manually?
Or maybe in window-mode it can be set to 1280x720 ?

No, it can be set to widescreen. All games can @_@

All fullscreen games that doesn't suck, anyway. Super-old games excluded.
