by any trigger or something...

No, you can not. But maybe server mods like AdminMod or AmxModX allow you to do that, but only if the server has given you sufficient privileges to use such commands.

If it's a Spirit of Half-Life (or Sven Co-op??) server, yes. Otherwise, most likely no.

We working on new plugin for counter strike 1.6
Zombie mod objectiv...

now we making alot of maps and we wanted to end round by some trigger or something else.

if someone have any ideas id like to hear it...
bombs etc has been removed.
