Ah, reminds me of the good old days of Mortal Kombat 4.

I don't think you get what they're trying to do here. The previous movies were crap. In this one they're scrapping all thate underworld stuff and making it more realistic. Ahem, it doesn't have to follow the mk story aslong as it's good.
