I stumbled across an interesting article and I have some questions.

Since I didn't find any of those names in the current info_hint from the Source SDK, then they must be included only in the alien swarm dev kit. How come is that possible... I am a bit confused.

And now about speculation.
Given the names

I think Valve is going to redefine what combat means by introducing something new. It's somewhat obvious that some advisors will try to fuck up Gordon's brain, or those entities refer to actual advisor entities. Then Gordon will use some kind of weapon to fuck with their minds.

I've gotta tell you guys, I stumbled on this page while reading the ep2 plot again and I am more curious than ever about where the hl story is going.

I would be nice to hear from Valve about Ep3. Personally, I don't see it happening until after Black Mesa is done and dusted. ?_?

Would be nice to face some truly intelligent enemies though. The combine soldiers and synths getting a brain boost can only be a good thing.
