Malewarebytes (shareware version)
Windows Defender

I just recently migrated to windows 7, and i have yet to add anti-spyware services. (I think i even have Windows Defender disabled but i can't remember why) I do have the latest version of Avast Home, but that's it for 3rd-party security.

ESET Smart Security 4. Comes with both Anti-virus and anti-spyware. Oh and also works with Windows 7.
