Skybox Issue

For some reason, at parts of the map when you can see the skybox, it disappears as if not being rendered. I don't necessarily know what's causing this, and I have no idea how I would fix it.

Are there 2 brushes with skybox texture touching or overlapping anywhere in the pictured area?

how do all these weird glitches happen to you dimbark? Maybe show us pics of the brushwork/skybox of that area or link to a sample of the vmf, as i don't recall ever have this happening...
