i have now tried myself, but i cant get a party hat on barneys head, because of his helmet, someone know how the helmet is attached to his head?

I think I read someone was discussing that not long ago, and it was resolved that it is a permanent part of the head even, so you'd have to completely reconstruct his head to remove the helmet.
