I use to train everyday. 1 hour run in the morning before school, Sport in school for 1.1 hours, atleast 2km swim after school and then 75km cycle. Occassional 3 hour Volleyball session for National Trails.
8 pack, 83kg of muscles, at 154cm, given the nickname Machoman (despite being female.)
.... Then I had a run of bad luck. Crash before National Triathlon Trials, broken fingers, and muscular tear to my calf, then while swim training 2 months after that dislocated shoulder.... The end.
I'll probably need a full shoulder reconstruction before I'm 25.
Lesson to everyone, never do Butterfly (stroke) next to a noobie backstroker when there are no lane-ropes.
Despite the fact I don't do any exercise anymore, my body fat is still only 12% and I still get called Machoman by some. Only difference is I only weigh 61kg now.
