So I've got many models converted to goldsrc for now, but some of them have buggy textures like this: http://i.imgur.com/KNe8MYc.png The bath was ripped by the same 3d ripper as all other models but from the genuine game editor, while couch was ripped while playing the game (seems like there is no difference). Both couch and bath has glitch textures after compilling and NO glitches while loading .smd or original model in 3d editors like 3ds max or milkshape.

On models, that is caused by the UV map. When a face isn't properly represented on the UV map, it stretches. Its not a glitch, just poor texturing on the artist's part.

To fix it, you have to work with the UV Map in one of your editors.
