Ah, I'm sorry, I misread the first post. Maybe tick "WaitForScript" on the monster? Or "Pre-Disaster"?

thx a lot... now i will make a script and sentence movie... so... if i do 10 hgrunts like storm a house... can i make them to kill other monsters? :

Yeah, soon as they finish their scripts their AI'll tell them to mindlessly kill. Same applies to any monster, their AI will come back (except with aiscripted_seqs maybe?)

Does he have to die specifically that way? If not, use a trigger_hurt.

Also, the sequence is "diebackward".

Just trying it myself.

My HLMV calls it "diebackward". Scientists use die_backwards, I seem to vaguely remember?

Ok thx... dont look on my last reply i thinked wrong... but now i do a movie with scripts... :P but how to make a hgrunt to move??? if it is info_node how i use it... i want: squad1 move there and do that... squad2 move to that point... :zonked:

make a scripted_sequence with "Move to..." as running or walking.

Just check the sequences in HLMV and pick the one you wants.

Hmm...they tend to throw grenades when there's no-one apart from their target(s) in their line of vision...I don't think the script will make them throw a grenade...the mp5 scripts don't do any damage...they just flash and make a noise. Also, to everyone: get Jed's HLMV (There's a link somewhere on http://hl-improvement.com). It's an improved version of the original, which supports transparency, and it has a greenish background instead of black, so you don't have to change the BG colour to make the model easier to see if it has black areas.

Well, give the scripted sequence a throwing animation, and get it to target a trigger_relay which will trigger an env_explosion in 5 seconds.
