This is just a very rough plot I would like to make a small map pack out of. Would like to here what you, the great unwashed, think

Half Life: Beta Recon

10 years have passed since the Black Mesa accident and the bungled government cover up. Things have probably cleared themselves up by now, or so the newly formed government department think. This new department ? formed to investigate Alien activity ? has blackmailed you (and some trusted colleges) into going back down to Black Mesa to investigate the situation. You and your co-workers are the Beta Recon Team. Where Alpha Recon team went, nobody will say.
Things are definitely not as they seem?

That's pretty good... will you be using custom WAVs and/or models? And a surprise at the end, I hope?

OMG My friend Jon came up with the exact same story line years ago, he even had alpha team missing and your part of beta being sent into BM!!! Weird.

You need to have quality sound recording equitment.

To record for Half-Life? Not really. Goldwave will do since Half-Life's sound requirements are quite poor.

And you're gonna use which program? Windows Sound Recorder? Pretty crap.

lucky for me I have Steinberg Wavelab with lot's of decent plugins
