when you play the game with the CD in you get the background music. where on the CD is the music. and if its imposible to get it off the cd is there somehere i can download it, because i really like the background music and want to listen it out side of the game becasue it never lasts long and there are many sounds overlaping it.

Windows Media player works, but you have to get an WMA -> Mp3 converter to play the tracks in programs like iTunes.
They are also in the Steam GCF if you have Steam.

I used windows media player. I put in the HL cd, opened up the media player, and copied all the songs onto my comp.

Funny that, I copied the HL music onto my comp just this morning through media player.
