I created a cage by { brush (hope your know what it is)
but it was full bright in a dark area
what should I do??

use func_wall and set it to:
rendermode = Silid
FX Amount = 254.9
now youre cage should not glow and it should be posible to look threw it

and on the solid mode u can ttype in 255 for FX Amount, it changes the see thru ness of the barrs

@cyanide: If You use additive rendermode, it should be obviuos why it's glowing ing the dark. Also rendermode: texture faces don't seem to be affected by darkness, just use a darker texture.
