I want a sound to be played when I walks thruge a hall.
How?
I tryed to use Trigger_once (set message (Set sound too!) )
And what do i do too set sound??

(Sorry for wrong spelled English!)

You want an ambient_generic.

does it start when i enter an area?

Or does the sound start when i start up the map? :/

basically u need to assign the trigger_once to the entity amient_generic, by the way if you want the sound to play on hl or any other game you have to first put the song, noise in the hl/valve/ sounds folder where the game looks for sounds otherwise it will say cannot find song.wav etc help this helps ;)

Cant find any entity guide in the tutorials..
the map is a part of a mod,, so shuldn't the sound be in the mod's sound file? :S

Click on the "HL Entity Guide" link in the left column of this page. The ambient_generic entity is described in the 'misc' section of that guide.

ok first make a func_trigger cover the area u want (eg touches floor ceiling, and both walls) and have the func_trigger target the NAME of the amient_generic. im not sure how to use the ambiet_generic though so you'll have to do some reading
