Depends what you read under the word 'hacking'. Gaining access could also be considered hacking.

I think there should be some forums over there. Atleast that is eith the learntohack.org site. This were you're supposed to learn.

Actually, try2hack.nl only has a chatroom, and they aren't very forthcoming with anything really. Damn, I haven't tried it again in ages. Must do so this afternoon!
