You've been verry helpfull (I ment you map), a map makes 75% and tutorials 25% from EDITING (at least I think so, Ididn't read the tutorial).

I cannot open your example map?I tried to open it from valve hammer but it didnt work it says (tracktrain.map not found).And ? really need that map .What should ? do?

I just thought of something guys.....

What would happen If you made a player.mdl, the inside of a car, and changed some things like the gravity, and use func_pushes, to cause you to slide around corners e.t.c....

Is it possible?

It'd be easier to just make the thing he sits in a func_train and add some env_shakes.
