You can only get it if you have PREORDERED I think. I don't think preloading has anything to do with it.

Yeah, you have to preorder it on steam to be able to get at it. That is along with pre-ordering it because you need counterstrike:source to test your maps.

Alright, calm the soddin' hell down will you. I'm getting mine retail, never got round to preloading for some strange reason. I blame it on Steam... (If it was still WON but better hl2 would have been out ages ago and everyone would be very happy and dubya would go to hell etc etc)
