where can i get a decompiler and a program i think its called milkshake some thing to do with re-texturing models ????

umm just search for milkshape 3d on google.
and decompiler i use (newly found) winbspC

Denny's has pretty decent milkshakes
The program is called MilkShape by chUmbaLum sOft, and it's available here:

As for a decompiler, I assume you me for .bsp files. I've never used it, but you could try WinBSPC, available here, among other places:
