Is it possible to make an object move between 2 points but not always going all the way to the end and haveing a ramdom speed between 2 and 6.
It is for a power meter that shows how much power the generater is makeing but I don`t want the meter to show a contant amount or 2 have a pattern. :)

I do not think randomness is very possible in Hammer.

Why not just make a texture of the power meter bobbing up and down? You could read atom's tutorial on custom textures to get started, although I personally do not know how to make animated textures.

Other than that, I see no other way exept for making a path so odd that it seems random. Thats how most people do it.

You can use an env_laser targetting, say, "target", and have ten entities all called "target". This will make the laser jump randomly - this is all that's possible.

That is a larst resort as the amminations can only be up to +9...
And that is not ramdom. And I have made the texture (along with lots of others) for the meter but not aminated or with the pointer.
And jump ramdomly.No.Since when could a pointer move 20 cm instantly?
