Anyone know where i can find a tutorial that shows me how to make materials for counter-strike:source.... VERC doesn't help at all lol, thats why I'm here

Yes it does, it has a tutorial on it in the SDK doc - look in the SDK launcher.

Snarkpit also has a step-by-step guide which is a nice alternative to the rather heavy text of the SDK docs which is a bit confusing to anyone new to the subject. I didn't get it at first using them.
