I want to know how to make a rope in css and have it hold up a object like the plugs with a wire in hl2.
Thanks.

its the key(something)_rope.

I forget the rest of it. I think its Keyframe_rope. :)

Teehee.

Seventh has gone from the old HL1 'Read the Tutorials' to the new HL2 'Look at Snarkpit.'

;o

Make a move_rope for the rope start, then name it r1. Have a keyframe_rope for the end point and name it r2. Have the next keyframe on the move_rope be r2. Set your slack and enjoy.

You can name them anything other than r1/2 if you prefer, and string up multiple keyframe_ropes to make a chain. Just don't delete a move_rope targeting keyframes.

...and as for the plug bit, its a really complicated setup I'm too lazy to explain. Snarkpit has more on that.
