I was wondering if there was a way to create that UV light effect where it make everything white glow blue. I know how good the lighting can be in Source but did Valve consider effects like this?

I'm sure it's possible. Tapping mat_fillrate 1 into the console does something vaguely reminiscent. I imagine some coding would be required, though.
