Simple Question:
How to have new weapons in mods???
(I don't want to replace my new weapons with half-life's
I want to have them beside half-Life models
so i cant just rename my model to "v_9mmhandgun")
(And I Have the models but i dont know how to import them to a map
or set their power!!!)

No coding isa required. You extract the model, in your case the v_9mm and replace the reference.smd wiht your own weapons, if you compile it then wiht the right bones and textures it should work fine.

Some where in your hl directory there is a skills.txt ore skills.cfg, in this file you can change the weapons properties.

I don't know anything about coding and VERC is for professionals.

Forget about online tutorials. Get a few books about C++ and read them.
