It's similar to any other game...
Basically:
Use the tutorial to set-up hammer for HL1 but change some of the settings so it works for NS e.g. you wanna change texture wads.
You will also want to change where the .bsp map is moved to.

You'll need the NS FGD too, of course. You might want to check our glossary and the NS site.

What are you on about? The Source SDK is for
Source
! Use olde Hammer for mapping for HL1 games.

Yes, Source SDK is for Source games like HL2, CSS etc...
To map for NS you need Hammer 3.5 which can be found on google.
