I use Space bar and W,A,S,D for the perspective viewport (the 3d one)

How do you move the objects from there? That would be very appreciated

You can't move objects in the 3D view: you need to do it in the 2D views.

Actually, you can nudge objects with the keys (assuming you've enabled it in Options, which I believe is still necessary) and they will move according to the angle you're looking. Try it.

I use 3D view for vertex manipulation,I didnt know that I could move them from 3D view. :

Saco: I find that to be fairly inaccurate though. 2D view for me. ;)

VM is really nasty in 3D view (I started out doing that) - It's inaccurate and often results in invalid solids =[
