Hey guys, I need your help.
I just downloaded Apache, and I don't know how to get started. ZL helped me getting the server up, and got it pointing to the right directory (C:/Downloads/) I put a 404 html named error.html in the downloads folder, put it in the httpd file, yet it does'nt show up when I type it in.
My Apache server is:
http://24.222.38.233:80/
I was told that Seventh was familiar with this. Could you give me some help?

You don't need to specify the port number, Unbreakable, :80 is default.

What did you put in httpd.conf? Your server's not up at the moment so I can't see anythin'.

Why not Run a simple Server like xampp or Uniserv?

You can turn it on / off with a click of a button... and you don't need to worry about setting it up.

Silence, fool! We need the power of an insanely complex webserver for our simple needs because it's freeeeee.

Erm... it's a bit on the slow side. Like, poor dial-up speed. Not at all good.

I don't get a custom 404 page when trying to see an invalid path.
