Is there any site to get rmf files for maps that are already made?

Some Mods have released he rmfs to the public, such a Minimicus. But other than that,no. You can, however, google WinBSP, a map decompiler, but I wouldn't suggest releasing a modded decompiled map unless its an incredible change. Plus you get loads of errors anyway.

Copyright issues as well. Just email the author, they're usually willing to let you take a look.

I used winBSP, you get an rmf version but my was literally untextured and blocky. I dont tend to use it much, just warning you it doesnt produce the best results
