yes, make the button trigger a multimanager which then can trigger the two things you want it to trigger :)

Or have two things with the same name if you just want to trigger them both at once.

what kind of entitys? lights are the only ones that work without a multimanager
Posted 19 years ago2005-09-15 09:17:04 UTC Post #134822
Actually I think that can be done only with entities from the same kind like doors! ;)

doors work too, i think most of them work like that.

just use a multimanager, then you can set a delay for each entity to be triggered (or no delay, if you want)

It was two doors, and later on i also added a func_plat, so i had to use the multi trigger anyhow. And besides, the doors was a bit different from each other, maybe thats why they went nutts

using multimanager is a lo0t easierand you can target more things with it (up to 15)

Not true. I just activated 2 lights, 3 doors, and a sprite animation with one one button; giving those things the same name. :

Multimanager just gives you more flexiblity. It, unfortunately, is not without its own bugs...

Good to know that!! :) I wasn't sure.

I perfer the multi manager, i feel so dirty when i use the same name for the stuff i want to activate. Lazy ;) and also, i like to have some kind of struture, if things are named the same, i get confused ^^
