whenever i see blood ingame, instead of the fun spray of red innards that usually accompanies a hs or whatever, i see little red spots and the words "env_blood" pop up all over.
My console, when i look, says "error:sprite not found" and i have no idea how to fix this problem
please someone help me out?!

or, why not just download the sprite or beg someone to send it.

Or make your own sprite, download a new one or just copy say a bullet sprite and rename it

make an empty notepad file and save it as name.spr ? 
dunno if it works but it would be a funny way of fixing it hehe
