Let?s see... First you need to texture it and also to assing a joint to it. This joint should be assigned to the whole model. Next thing you need to do is to export them into smd files. These are like "Models" for your model. You need at least two smd files, one with the animation, one with the static model but for static objects you can use the same and fool the program (the animation file would be static).
Once you have the smd files you must create a QC file (tools menu) and edit so it points to your new models. Compile the QC file (tools menu) and here we are!.
