There is/was a de_dust paintball arena, too. I saw a photo and some details years ago.

But paintball arena usually doesn't translate well from CS maps. The range of paintball ammo is very limited. The accuracy really deteriorates after the first 20 m. Long distance shots are virtually impossible with paintballs.
