Read them again, or at least give us a specific question.
Just in case:
To you left under Reference, click on Beginner, and then check out the tutorial called Introduction.
For Steam, Check out the one called: Steam: Hammer Guide.
Jeez look around a little before asking, will ya?

You didn't explain shit about your damn problem, and that makes it fuckin hard explain and understand, why you posted this thread and what you didn't understand in the tut!
Read the tutorial one more time.
If you still don't get it read it a few more times carefully, while doing the stuff it sais in hammer. If you still don't get it - you're a fucking retard, or you can't understand english.
90% of such threads end up like:
"Oooh! I read the tutorial one more time and it occured to me that I missed a bit of it, where it explains my problem. Sorry for my dumbass thread. I'm just a pathetic idiot and I need help."
So read the tutorial carefully and if you really can't understand anything - atleast post a normal description of your problem.. :

Perhaps the beginner tutorials should be listed in some deliberate order rather than alphabetically so that even the laziest newbies can just click them in the order that the problems/questions arise. e.g. have "How to switch your computer on" at the top, and the In the beginning series towards the end. Either that or all the introductory concepts placed into a Setup section even before Beginners!
Failing all this, hammer should come with one of those MS paperclip helper things!

Now, now don't be so mean. Read the tutorial and if you still don't understand I'll show you my configurations:
Options->Game configurations:
All the values I wrote '...half-life/valve' or something like that it should be '...steam/steamapps/.../valve' if you have steam, I don't have steam so I can't tell you for sure. Also ignore that mod directory value if you don't map for a peticular mod thats not Hl1. Headcrab is my mod's name. The RMF directory is the place you put all your RMF files so the compiling tools will find them.
Options->Build program:
The first value is the location of the game's exeutable program. In case of Hl1 it's Hl.exe. The CSG excutable program value ect are the compililing tools that would be used to compile the map. And the last value is where the game will place the BSP file after compiling. If you map for Hl1 then it should be '...valve/maps'. I wanted it to place the BSPs in my mod's map directory hance the diffrent directory.
