Garrys mod map. a big beach with islands in the distance and spawnable boats. also has 3 bunkers (one under construction) and a spawnable "tank blocker" thing from Omaha Beach

Have you not seen the release of the css cersion of Garry's mod which lets you do the cool things on css maps
